LET'S GO BACK TO BUCKROE!  PHBA is taking the Parade of Homes to Buckroe!  The Fall 2011 Parade will take place September 17 - October 2, and will feature single-family homes, as well mansion style homes.  The entire development will be sustainable, green homes.   This mid-priced beach community will feature homes with an average 2,400 square feet, and all will follow the City of Hampton's architectural guidelines for the area.  This year's Parade of Homes will also feature "The Endless Summer", charity house being built by Edgerton Contracting, Inc.  Proceeds from the sale of this home will benefit two local charities: Downtown Hampton Child Development Center and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula.  To donate or help with this charity house, please contact Ricky Edgerton at (757) 592-6109, or edge15@aol.com.
